Turmeric Tea
Turmeric and ginger are not only anti-inflammatory in action but also anti-carcinogenic, and boosts your immune system. It is also helpful in the cold or flu. Drink this special immune-boosting tea every day, ideally on an empty stomach.

Instructions
  1. You can use turmeric powder if fresh turmeric is not available.
Recipe Notes
  1. Take 3 cups of water in a saucepan and heat until boil.
  2. Add slices of fresh turmeric, ginger, and cover the saucepan and boil for 5 minutes again. Also, add 8 to 10 peppermint leaves into the water.
  3. Turn off the heat and add a pinch of black pepper powder to activate the constituents of turmeric.
  4. Strain the tea in serving cups. Add honey as per requirement and squeeze lemon juice, give a quick stir.
  5. Drink 1 cup a day to boost your immune system.
