- 2 inch Cinnamon bark
- 1 Green Cardamom
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey

Instructions
- If honey is not available, you can add sugar as per your taste.
Recipe Notes
- Take 3 cups of water in a saucepan and heat until boil.
- Add the grated Ginger, Moringa leaves, Cinnamon and Cardamom, and cover the saucepan and boil for 5 minutes again.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool for 2 minutes.Â
- Strain the tea in serving cups. Add honey as per requirement and squeeze lemon juice, give a quick stir.Â
- Drink 2 cups of this immune-boosting tea in a day.
